David J. Saferight

David practices civil litigation throughout the State of Indiana. His practice areas have included general civil litigation, toxic tort and asbestos defense, business law, insurance subrogation and family law. Currently, David’s practice focuses on serving corporate clients and insurance providers in toxic tort and asbestos cases as well as handling complex family law matters. In addition to litigation, David also focuses his practice on business law, including assisting individual and corporate clients with a variety of business formation and operational planning issues.
